What simple/tv/cal does
Every episode in one calendar
Follow a show and all of its episodes land in a month grid, past and future together. A Tonight strip at the top answers what airs today, or points at the next day something does. Pick any day to see its episodes and mark them watched. The grid takes arrow keys if you prefer them, and the selected day lives in the page address, so refreshing or sharing a link opens exactly where you were. On a phone the grid becomes a scrollable day strip with a day-by-day list running from today.
Mark episodes watched and clear your backlog
Tick episodes one at a time, or mark a whole season or an entire show in a single step. Every bulk action shows an Undo button for a few seconds, and it restores the exact previous state rather than guessing. What you have not caught up on becomes your unwatched backlog: everything that has aired but is still unwatched, grouped by show, with the total catch-up time so you know what you are committing to. Skipping a season of specials? Hide it and it leaves the backlog without being marked watched. Archive a show instead and it stays on your calendar but stops nagging you from the backlog. If a change cannot reach the server because you are offline, the app says so instead of failing quietly, then syncs when you are back.
Know where to stream it
Each show page lists the streaming services carrying it where you are, so you do not have to check four apps to find an episode. Shows and individual episodes also carry their IMDb rating, pulled from IMDb rather than a site-specific score, and linked so you can read the reviews.
Season premieres before they land
Coming soon chips sit above the calendar for any followed show with a premiere in the next 30 days, and for shows on your watchlist about to debut, and clicking one jumps the calendar to that date. The Upcoming list runs forward through everything scheduled, with premieres and finales highlighted so they do not disappear into a wall of episode numbers.
Add your shows to any calendar
Every account gets a private calendar feed URL. Subscribe to it from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or anything else that reads iCal, and your episodes show up as all-day events alongside the rest of your week, updating on their own as schedules change. Episodes of the same show on the same day are grouped into one event instead of flooding the day.
Free, no ads, no tracking
No subscription, no advertising, no upsell, and no limit on how many shows you follow. Your watch history is exportable to CSV whenever you want it, and deleting your account removes everything permanently, on your own, without emailing anyone. Show data comes from TMDB and ratings from OMDb.
